Our principal broker, William DuBois, is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM). The CCIM membership allows us to directly market our listings to some of the top Commercial Realtors throughout the country. When we are working with buyers, this membership also allows us to specifically pin point the real estate our client is looking for. We can do this by distributing our clients needs throughout the CCIM network and utilizing our colleagues knowledge of available property as well as our own knowledge.

Market Plan
Each property that DuBois Wicklund Group lists is subject to a personalized market plan. We begin our process by designing a market plan specific to the Real Estate offered. A list is generated to identify the most compelling features the property has to offer, we can then use that list to our advantage. We go above and beyond to make sure our package offers accurate and informative information for prospective buyers or tenants.
